Dale Grimshaw – studio visit, new mural and exhibition opening

It’s been a busy time for British studio and mural artist Dale Grimshaw. As the title of this article suggests, he opened a new exhibition at Well Hung gallery last Thursday, Still Waters Run Deep. The exhibition will run a month and it features very strong visual portrait images. To accompany the exhibition, Dale also painted a new street art piece in the Brick Lane area, last week. I had the privilege to go for a studio visit this March to photograph the new body of work and I also helped out on the Brick Lane mural. Below are some images of the studio visit, the new mural and the opening night of the exhibition.

‘Still Waters Run Deep’ runs until the 11th of May at Well Hung gallery, 239 Hoxton Street, N1. Nearest stations: Old Street, Hoxton overground.

Many thanks to Great Art for supporting the mural project.
